In our expanding market, we are seeking to appoint an Administrator to interact with all UK offices on contractual insurance queries and ensure the maintenance of all policies and any reporting requirements contained within them.

About our opportunity

In our expanding market, we are seeking to appoint an Administrator to interact with all UK offices on contractual insurance queries and ensure the maintenance of all policies and any reporting requirements contained within them.

A summary of duties includes:

  • Coordination of all corporate and fleet insurance policies in liaison with CFO and various insurance brokers
  • Collation of information for annual renewals
  • Monthly declaration of data for worldwide PA insurance policy
  • Quarterly declaration of data for worldwide equipment policy
  • Liaison with each business unit on their various insurance needs, advising compliance with contractual requirements
  • Processing of insurance claims, collating all relevant information required for successful completion
  • Pro-active monitoring of any special conditions within policies in order to ensure compliance

About you

It is essential that you have effective communication abilities; are well organised and able to work well under pressure, and are confident in dealings with senior management.

It is preferred that you have an understanding of commercial insurance including liability, fleet, PA/travel, but not essential.
