About our opportunity

In our expanding market, we are seeking to appoint a Manpower Executive to source and select field contractors within the mine action industry, to be deployed globally.

 

A summary of duties includes:

You will source and select prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements and prepare them for international deployment whilst maintaining open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field contractors, in addition to internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure accurate records are maintained, and that all contractor documents are legal and relevant and adhere to GDPR regulations.

This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys working within a high pressured environment, is able to work both autonomously and as a part of a team, and thrives on networking.

 

About you

It is essential that you have MS suite skills at an intermediate level, are able to build business relationships and networking lines easily, have an awareness of the recruitment and resourcing lifecycle, and are highly adaptable.

It is preferred that you have knowledge of the Mine Action sector and an understanding of international resourcing, but not essential.
