Manpower Executive

In our expanding market, we are seeking to appoint an internal recruiter, a Manpower Executive, to source and select field contractors within the mine action industry, to be deployed globally.

A summary of duties includes:

You will source and select prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements and prepare them for international deployment whilst maintaining open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field contractors, internal and external stakeholders.  You will ensure accurate records are maintained, all contractor documents are legal and relevant and adhere to GDPR regulations.

This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys working within a high pressured environment, is able to work both autonomously and part of a team and thrives on networking.

About you:

It is essential that you have MS suite to an intermediate level, are able to build business relationships and networking lines easily, have an awareness of the recruitment and resourcing lifecycle and are adaptable.

It is preferred that you have an awareness within the mine action sector and an understanding of international resourcing, but not essential.

Location: Ross-on-Wye

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
