Trainee Internal Recruiter
In our expanding market, we are seeking to appoint a Trainee Internal Recruiter who will provide support within our ManPower Team to identify, attract and shortlist candidates as part of our recruitment process to source field contractors within the mine action industry, to be deployed globally.
A summary of duties includes:
- Assist with the sourcing and selection of prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements;
- Asist in the preparation of contractors for international deployment
- Maintain open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field contractors, internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained,
- Ensure all contractor documents are legal and relevant and adhere to GDPR regulations.
About you
It is essential that you have experience working within an office environment, are confident collaborating via the telephone and on a face to face basis and are computer literate with MS Office.
It is preferred that you have an awareness of recruitment and selection, however not essential.
