The acquired companies

SafeLane Global's Gillingham, Kent office has acquired:

The official announcement was made on the 23/3/2022, from Raeburn Group headquarters in Hamilton.

Message from SafeLane's CEO, Adam Ainsworth

“When the opportunity to meet the Raeburn family first presented itself, I was delighted by the shared person-centric values our companies held, and it was from this position we were able to negotiate a mutually beneficial acquisition plan. The acquisitions mean SafeLane will now offer an even wider range of services to many different sectors of course, but fundamentally it will remain a business of people…our people are our company’s greatest asset and we’re delighted to be welcoming Raeburn’s expert personnel into the SafeLane family.”

The growth of SafeLane Global

The attainment of this site investigation suite of companies fits into SafeLane Global’s strategy of accelerated growth via strategic mergers and acquisitions.
