Commercial Administrator

We are seeking a Commercial Administrator who will provide daily administrative support to the Commercial Department, assisting with the coordination of commercial activities, contracts, pricing, and client relationships to ensure the effective delivery of commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the preparation and coordination of commercial contracts, proposals, and tender documentation.

·       Maintain and update commercial records, databases, experience tables and filing systems in accordance with company procedures.

·       Assist with the preparation of commercial reports, pricing schedules, and client documentation.

·       Monitoring of client emails and tender portals.

·       Conduct timely and accurate month-end commercial administration, including updating commercial trackers.

·       Any additional administrative tasks as required to support the Commercial Department.

 Key Qualifications & Experience:

·       Experience in an administrative role (essential) within a commercial or project environment (desirable)

·       Experience maintaining records, databases and/or filing systems (essential)

·       Experience in data input, analysis and reporting (desirable)

·       Degree-level education or equivalent (desirable)

 Key Skills:

·       Strong organisational skills

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Confident user of Microsoft Office
