Marine EOD & UXO response training

SafeLane Global's highly experienced marine services team provides explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and unexploded ordnance (UXO) response training in any marine environment globally.

SafeLane designs and delivers unexploded ordnance (UXO) awareness and response training.

It works in support of clients operational in any marine environment: offshore, inshore, nearshore and in intertidal zones.

All training is based on a training needs analysis (TNA) and designed in collaboration with the client to ensure a correct, bespoke solution is delivered.

What is marine EOD training?

Marine EOD training is focussed on understanding the explosive ordnance threat that exists in any marine environment. SafeLane designs the training based on a clients' needs - the focus is usually on awareness of the threat and the required response to it.

What is UXO response training?

SafeLane trains to ensure the correct response in the event of an unexpected ordnance find.

Marine chemical warfare response training

SafeLane provides safety response procedures and on-board training for marine activities where chemical warfare agents (CWA) may be encountered.

SafeLane’s bespoke courses provided general knowledge on chemical warfare munitions, individual protective equipment, detection and decontamination practices, and emergency response procedures that were discussed and tested in a table-top exercise on chemical emergency response.

Due to the high risks posed by chemical warfare agents, it is SafeLane Global’s preference to provide training and response procedures for projects where chemical warfare monitoring and decontamination teams are also being provided.

This protects SafeLane staff and the clients needs by ensuring the entire process is conducted inline with its standard operation procedures (SOPs).
