High risk search advisor
High risk search advisors are responsible for engaging in high risk search operations involving the detection of weapons and dangerous devices.
SafeLane Global’s high risk search advisors engage in high risk search operations involving the detection of weapons and dangerous devices including improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
To become a high risk search advisor you are likely to have a Military background. SafeLane Global is always looking to hear from those with formal search training (e.g. Royal Engineer Search Advisor or Royal Engineer Search Team) and with subsequent operational experience as a high risk search advisor in African or across the Middle East.
As a military-qualified high risk search advisor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge through the design and delivery of search and clearance training with teams of local nationals and other international staff.
Prior to mobilising, you would conduct detailed threat assessments and deliver operational briefings with your team.
Your own experiences, having worked as an operator in hostile environments, will allow you to provide training in, and conduct a variety of search operations (e.g. area, vehicle, building, route and access).
Whilst SafeLane Global utilises high risk search advisors in mostly operational capacities in hostile environments, it also provides clients with high risk search training programmes based internationally and in the UK.
